Mission End Tables (2003)
The end tables below are from plans in Woodsmith magazine. You can check the plans out at this link. They coordinate with the sofa table and a coffee table I’ve also built.
These turned out really nicely. I especialy like the vertical tenons. These are some of the first projects where I’m almost completely happy with the results. The few screw-ups I made are very minor, and the repairs make them invisible to all but the builder or a very detailed inspector. I’m even pleased with the finish. I used Watco Dark Walnut and topped with several coats of wipe on poly and paste wax on the top. I’m very satisfied with these projects.
